Can you choke on water?

I've done some research and it depends on what you mean by choke. While water can not get stuck in your throat like the way food can, if it goes down the "wrong hole" it will cause you to cough it back up.

I had to refer this to my good friend and drinking partner Chuck Norris, as I've never drank water.
It turns out other people can choke on water, not Chuck though, water chokes on him.
