If you cut yourself on a tattoo what colour would the scar be?

There are too many entries on google about "scar tattoos" and "tattooing over scars" and "does tattoo removal leave a scar?" for me to find a specific answer, however, scar tissue is formed by new skin cells and connective tissue, so it should be skin coloured.

For me personally it would be green. I had a Kryptonite blood transfusion back in the 80's.
I'll be damned if Superman ever does that to me again!
